Refund & Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you wish to return your item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns if the item does not suit, or if it is faulty in any way. All exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your order must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact our customer care team at support@woofheim.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to our warehouse without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the returned item. Please note, we cannot process your request until we have received and inspected the product, which may take a few days depending on your chosen courier.

Important:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any defects, faults, or damage to support@woofheim.com within 7 days of receipt. This enables us to evaluate the situation and resolve it quickly.

  • Any damage or defect must be reported before assembly. Once an item has been assembled, we can no longer accept it for return or replacement. In such cases, only cosmetic goodwill refunds may be considered at our discretion.
